I have to be honest with you.
When I launched the Day Warrior coffee lineup, I was proud. Three roasts. Three states of being. A ritual built from twenty-two years in Japan and brought home to govern the morning.
Then my mother asked if she could try one.
I had to tell her no.
Every single roast in the lineup has caffeine. My own mother, the woman who raised me, cannot drink a single cup of Day Warrior Coffee.
Being the son that I am, I launched an entire coffee brand she cannot even enjoy.
So I fixed it.

This is the roast for the end of the day.
A smooth decaffeinated Indonesian Mandheling with rich earthy and herbal notes, dark chocolate depth, full body, and low acidity. It does not rush. It does not spike. It settles.
The same ritual that started your morning closes your evening with the same intention it began. The cup is different. The standard is not.
Sourced from the highlands of Sumatra, Mandheling is known for its exceptional body and complexity. The decaf process removes the caffeine. It removes nothing else.
Stillness is not the absence of discipline. It is the reward for it.
